Georgia Gwinnett College’s strategic planning process began with a strategic analysis, assessing the needs and desires of the Gwinnett County and metropolitan Atlanta regions, as well as the needs of GGC to be able to serve its mission and achieve its vision; the analysis provided the initial research evidence to support the process of developing the first strategic priorities of GGC. A detailed record of the results of this effort is available in Georgia Gwinnett College’s Strategic Analysis [PDF 863KB].
