Material from your personal collection or from the Gwinnett Center Library:
Please complete a Georgia Gwinnett College Library Reserves Form, accepting responsibility for any violations of copyright, and submit it along with the materials at the Circulation Desk. We will accept up to 3 copies of photocopied material per class and Faculty are responsible for supplying all the copies that are being placed on reserve. Books from the Georgia Gwinnett College Library Collection will be placed on “in stacks reserve,” meaning that they will be shelved in the circulating collection by will not be available for checkout.
Due to a growing number of reserve shelf placements, please allow processing time of two business days before announcing that materials are available for student use.
Electronic Reserves:
There is no electronic reserves system at this time. If you need assistance in scanning documents that you wish to place in WebCt/Vista use please contact the Access Services Department.
Removal of Reserve Material:
At the end of the semester faculty are responsible for claiming reserve materials (personal collection and photocopies), otherwise items may be discarded. Library staff will return library owned items to the proper collection.
