You may draw materials from the UGA Main Campus Libraries, from the Gwinnett Center Library, or from your personal collection to place on reserve. Please observe the following procedures to be sure we can accommodate your needs smoothly.

Material from the UGA main campus:

Please contact Claire Colombo at the UGA Main Library, (706) 542-3256, to make arrangements. She will need a list of the items submitted in standard bibliographic format (author, title, etc.) with call numbers.

In addition, please complete a Gwinnett Center Library Reserves Form at the GGC library Circulation Desk. This will give us notice to anticipate the delivery of these materials from the UGA Main Campus Libraries and to subsequently process them for reserve usage at the Center Library as soon as they arrive.

Please allow a approximately two weeks time for this process from your initial contact with Ms. Colombo.
